Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ Years PQE)

Due to expansion of the Residential Conveyancing Department, our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their West Sussex based team.

You must be technically strong in respect of Residential Freehold and Leasehold work to include unregistered property, as you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload in these areas, which includes a considerable amount of high net worth clients and properties.

You will have a proven track record of attention to detail and be capable of prioritising and working well under pressure. You will demonstrate a client-focused approach, possess excellent IT and literacy skills, as well as being extremely well organised.

You will be required to work alongside the Residential Property team and marketing department, to develop new business through the growth of existing clients of the firm and winning new clients.
