A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal assistant / legal secretary to join a highly successful law firm based in their Edgbaston office.
Our client is a well-regarded law firm, with a big reputation throughout Edgbaston and the West Midlands for their offering across a range of services. Due to expansion, they are now seeking an additional legal assistant / legal secretary to join their conveyancing department.
You will provide first class support and assistance to the busy conveyancing department where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Audio/copy typing
- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence using case management systems
- Key administrative duties
- Covering office reception
You must have previous experience working as a legal assistant / legal secretary within a conveyancing department, the ability to demonstrate excellent initiative and be able to undertake searches and a good telephone manner.
