Investment Funds Solicitor

A leading commercial law firm’s Investment Funds group seeks to appoint an ambitious solicitor.

With a reputation in Dublin for technical excellence and superb client servicing capabilities, solicitors on this team work on a broad range of product structures for high profile institutional clients.

The successful candidate will work within our client's team advising on a wide range of fund matters.
Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Provide technically sound advice and legal work to clients on a range of investment fund issues
• Draft and prepare applications, conduct client review meetings, draft affidavits and monthly client invoicing
• Answer general client inquiries, follow up on accounts receivable and perform other related duties as required
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and co-workers alike
• Preparation of fee matter estimates and quotations

Qualifications and experience;

• Ideally 1-5 years PQE and must be admitted or eligible to be admitted to the roll of Solicitors for Ireland 
• A proven strong ability to present effective arguments to influence others
• Preferably have knowledge of hedge fund, fund of fund and private equity fund structure

Basic salary will be at the upper end of the Irish market. The firm also has an extremely competitive five figure bonus scheme, a full range of benefits and an active social committee.

Suitable candidates must have gained experience in the funds department of a Big 6, mid-tier or international firm in Dublin, London or offshore.
