I am working with an elite US firm, looking for a project finance solicior to join the team.
They work on some of the most interesting energy projects globally, but are particularly strong in oil & gas, and renewable energy projects in emerging economies.
You will have a range of finance experience, sponsor and lender side, in multiple energy sub sectors, and have trained at and have experience in another leading practice. You will also ideally have some experience of wider project development agreements, and possibly the transaction construction aspects of projects also. They offer a lot of responsibility at this firm, and you will be leading on parts of a transaction, or smaller transactions and so it is likely that you will have at least 3 years PQE.
