A Legal Aid Law Costs Draftsman is sought by my client, a well-known business specialising in Costs for Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Immigration, Housing, Family, Crime, Court of Protection and Commercial Litigation.
My clients are looking to appoint a self-employed full time or part-time Law Costs Draftsman to join one of their offices based in Buckinghamshire or West Sussex; distance working will also be considered, however, a minimum of 1 day per week will have to be spent at one of the branches.
Applicants need to have 2 + years' experience dealing with Legal Aid Costs (Family, Civil, Care, High Costs, Criminal, etc.). The responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation of CIV CLAIM1As, CIV CLAIM1's, High Costs, Bills of Costs and dealing with CCMS Billing. Ideally, you should feel confident using Cost Master software.
The salary will be offered individually dependent on experience.
