Banking & Finance Partner

A market-leading global law firm are seeking a Partner to join its Banking and Finance department in London.

The firm has a long standing excellent reputation both on the International and City stage. The Banking and Finance department is highly ranked in the legal directories and has attracted an enviable client base to the firm. The Banking team is built up of market leading experts and over the past few years has gone from strength to strength. Due to this continuous success, they are looking to grow and strengthen their Banking and Finance team in their London office.

The Banking and Finance group is recognised as a leading international practice and acts for banks, sponsors and major corporates on a broad range of transactions. You will be assisting on the deals that the group are involved in, with a focus on acquisition finance work.

In this role, you will be exposed to big-ticket work on a daily basis, and will be afforded regular opportunities to become involved in major cross-border transactions on behalf of both lender and borrower clients.
