THE FIRM
This Lexcel accredited firm is known in the Sheffield for its work within all private client matters, dealing with wills and probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. In addition it covers a wide remit of Family work, with specialists dealing with children and related social services proceedings and with many of the family team having panel membership.
They offer legal aid as applicable and fixed fees for privately-funded work. The firm is now looking to recruit a solicitor to join the firm and take on a general caseload of family-related work.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking to fill a permanent, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a good level of experience in all aspects of family law including legal aid and privately-funded matters. The firm is at pains to point out that they are recruiting more for personality and character than a specific level of PQE or a fixed level of salary; they are looking for that elusive "good fit" into the firm leading to partnership in the future.
