A top City based US Law Firm is looking to recruit a temporary Legal PA to join their Corporate team. There is an immediate need for this role, which will encompass the full circle of legal PA/Secretarial duties as you will be relied upon to undertake audio dictation, amend templates, type up engagement letters etc plus offer the full PA support – managing diaries, e-filing/filing, booking meetings, lunches, seminar attendances, flights and hotels. Candidates must be strong on MS Office and be able to work in a small team where you will be expected to offer full support across the whole firm. Standard hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm.
