This is a modern and ambitious law firm, and the vacancy will suit someone with is used to working in a busy conveyancing environment.
The successful applicant will be managing a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions from inception through to completion, while supervising a small team of Legal Assistants.
The Head of Department is keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers who have at least 2 years' experience in running their own caseload and who, ideally, have managed small teams of Assistants.

The salary is up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
