Clinical Negligence Paralegal - UK Law Firm - Permanent

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing thorough documentation required in the preparation of cases to trial

• Liaising with counsel/experts

• Liaising with clients and handling matters with the appropriate sensitivit

• Enthusiastic team player with commitment to quality and client care

• Good case management skills

• Strong academics essential

• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a real commitment to and empathy with the cause of the client.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics and will have completed the LPC. Ideally, you will have experience in Clinical Negligence or will have undertaken the appropriate module within the LPC.

It is important that you are an enthusiastic team player and are able to build strong relationships with the business, interacting regularly with senior stakeholders and liaising with external counsel. You must also be confident at working independently and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
