Description
Reporting into the Legal Director you will be part of a team offering top level legal advice to the business on a range of transactional finance matters, supporting teams such as Group Finance, Tax, Audit and Treasury.
Profile
The successful candidate will need to be a qualified lawyer with experience from a top tier firm in one or more areas such as:
- Loans (Investment grade or leveraged)
- Debt Capital Markets
- Swaps and derivatives
- Securitisation
This role is likely to suit a candidate who is looking to utilise their finance skill set outside of a traditional banking environment. Prior in house experience may be beneficial but is not essential
