Description 

We are currently recruiting for a really exciting permanent position in Manchester, who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding and busy property department.

This reputable firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer, who ideally is confident in handling their own busy caseload of property matters, with at least two years experience behind them, however this is only a guideline. The right candidate will be keen to help assist on developing the department and building the established firm further. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

The successful candidate should be more than able to handle a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters such as:

- Sales and Purchases 

- Remortages

- Transfers of Equity

- Equity Release
