The Role: Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client are a leader in their field, with a strong reputation throughout the Berkshire region. With this in mind, our client are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their Commercial Property department on a full-time, permanent basis.
This Commercial Property role will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a full caseload with a broad range of matters. Acting on behalf of individuals and SME's this role will require the Commercial Property Solicitor to attend to matters of:
- Buying, selling and letting of both residential and commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent with upwards of 3 years' PQE* who has dealt with a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
