Our client, major City and international firm, is looking to hire at Senior Associate level a Private Equity lawyer to join its busy London Private Equity practice, which is firmly in growth mode. A fantastic opportunity to join a very well-respected Private Equity team which is looking to grow further at senior level and where there is a genuinely good career path and prospects of progression for the right person. The right person is likely to have at least 6PQE and will have solid experience of, ideally, the full range of Private Equity transactions, acting as lead associate, gained within another well regarded City or national firm. The partners are looking for a real team player with the ability to take the lead on major transactions and a demonstrable interest in helping to further grow the business. This person will be looking to join a more entrepreneurial team and a firm with a more transparent associate career path.
