Residential Property Paralegal

Our client is a reputable firm based in Kent and they are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle their own caseload of sales and purchases; freehold, leasehold and mortgage files. Previous experience of residential property case handling is essential due to the autonomous and demanding nature of the role. Candidates will be required to work with little supervision and the work will additionally encompass new builds, re-mortgages and potentially lease extensions.
