Our client, a specialist property firm in Bedfordshire, are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team on a full time, permanent basis. The role would suit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor and that can hit the ground running and make a positive impact on a full time permanent basis.
The role will entail dealing with a full caseload of Commercial Property files. The role consists of a remit of a full caseload which includes but is not restricted to:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investors
- Education clients
- Bank panels
- Sale and purchase of commercial companies and businesses
The ideal candidate must have proven within a Commercial Property Solicitor role. Applications for this Commercial Property Solicitor role are being considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3 - 5 PQE, you must be energetic and be technically sound in this permanent role.
