This highly regarded firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis.

The role will entail the successful candidate dealing with a full and varied Commercial Property caseload which includes but is not restricted to:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Investors
• Lease extensions
• Sales and purchases and dealing with small to mid-tier developers

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to take on a busy caseload will be a qualified solicitor with at circa 2 - 4 years' PQE who has extensive experience dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters. Ideally the Commercial Property Solicitor will have a good working knowledge of business development and have some Residential Conveyancing experience. You will be energetic, ambitious and willing to work as an integral part of an existing Commercial Property team.
