Residential Property Paralegal required for a permanent opportunity with a well-regarded firm in Central London.
The successful individual will need a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar role.
Working in a busy department you will be responsible for assisting Fee Earners by performing the following duties:
- Applying for Searches
- Land Registry Applications
- SDLT form completion
- Opening / Closing of Files
- Updating Clients, Agents, and Mortgage Brokers
