Our client, an eminent West London Property Management company, seek a Property Management Paralegal.
Ideally suited to an ambitious graduate with outstanding academics and a proven interest in property law or a paralegal with Real Estate experience, you will be exposed to a range of Residential and Commercial Property, Compliance and Operational Administration. Working closely with the Managing Director and clients, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing residential leases and contracts, issuing standard response enquiries, dealing with ground rent and service charge enquiries, issuing licenses to assign and reviewing restrictive covenants. You will also have opportunities to develop experience in compliance; providing evidence of contractual compliance with regard to insurance provisions, management appointments, sub-contractor contracts and statutory obligations.
This is a rare opportunity to apply your legal and academic experience in a commercially challenging role with genuine opportunities for career progression outside of law. You will be joining an ambitious company which prides itself on providing a high level of service to high-end residential and commercial clients.
Ideally you will have:
- A minimum 2:1 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree in Law/GDL to accompany a consistent record of high achievement;
- Preferably already completed the LPC;
- Property experience - either working experience from a paralegal role or from your studies of property law on the LPC/your degree;
- A robust and proactive approach towards your work - you will be confident expressing your opinions and be forthcoming with proposing areas for improvement;
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Salary is £25-26k, subject to experience. For further information, please contact Daniel Diamond at Chadwick Nott
