Partnership prospects available for a focused Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in London.
Our client is a boutique practice, established in the latter part of the last century, with a team of lawyers with expertise in a select range of practice areas. The Role
Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, our client is now seeking an additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their CQS accredited team in South East London. Becoming part of a flourishing team, the successful Lawyer will handle a full and varied caseload, incorporating freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, right to buy, transfers of equity, investment purchases and auction transactions. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities to ensure the future growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earning Paralegal with a solid background in Residential Conveyancing.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will ideally have prior experience of working to CQS requirements.
You will be IT literate and able to handle a full caseload, with minimal supervision and support.
You will have first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be ambitious with strong business development skills.
