Our client is an impressive city law firm, well known for their banking & finance work. They are looking to hire a permanent paralegal in the Banking & Finance team.
You must have broad general banking & finance experience and structured finance, property finance or acquisition finance experience would be advantageous.
The team you would be joining acts for lender and borrower clients and advises on complex transactions (domestic and cross boarder).
