Housing Lawyer

A busy Local Authority in the West Midlands is seeking a Housing Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis, this is a part time role and our client requires somebody in the office for 17.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will carry a full caseload of Housing matters, including but not limited to:

• Disrepair
• Possession claims
• Anti- social behaviour
• Tenancy fraud and
• Nuisance

The role will be based in the Council’s offices, situated within a busy town with good transport links to a major UK city. If this role sounds of interest, please get in touch by sending your CV in the first instance. You must be available to commence work on no more than two weeks’ notice period.
