Legal Recruiter

A leading global law firm is currently seeking a Recruiter to join a dynamic and fast pace team for 4 month contract initially. The focus of the role will be managing vacancies from approval stage through to offer, sourcing candidates and supporting line managers through the process. This role is to start in March 2017 so you must be able to start immediately.

The role responsibilities will include:

• Handling internal and external vacancies as and when appropriate, depending on volume of vacancies being created
• Liaising with functional leadership and HR throughout the process to ensure all recruitment issues are dealt with appropriately
• Managing the end to end recruitment process for specific functions within the management consulting practice
• Utilising direct sourcing methods as appropriate, such as LinkedIn, Job Boards and employee referrals
• Making recommendations based on a solid understanding of the recruitment process and functional business objectives

The successful candidate must have experience recruiting within the legal sector and you must have a solid in-house recruitment background to be considered for this role. Experience of working in a large matrixed organisation is advantageous and an understanding of the complexities of recruiting in a global business is desirable. Candidates who have experience recruiting fee-earners in an agency environment may also be considered.

This role also requires a very detail orientated and pragmatic individual who enjoys working in a fast pace environment. You must also be comfortable to work autonomously and be able to manage a high volume of roles.
