My client is highly regarded City law firm that is currently looking to recruit a Paralegal into their Banking & Finance team in London on a permanent basis.
The team advises commercial, private and clearing banking clients as well as institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, financial boutiques, funds and non-lender clients regarding complex financial transactions.
In joining the firm you will be working closely with the Partners and Associates on a variety of transactions on both the lender and borrower side and you will assist in providing first class regulatory advice to clients.
You will also be entrusted with analysing complex documentation, quality checking legal documents, undertaking legal research. The successful incumbent will have a minimum of 12 months of experience gained within the corporate or banking & finance team of a City law firm and will have completed the LPC, ideally with the City electives.
