One of the leading Law Firms in Birmingham is looking for a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. Increased workloads means that this top Private Practice firm is looking to appoint at Associate or Senior Associate level.

You will join a very prominent Midlands contentious trusts and probate team that is the envy of the region which deals with complex and high profile matters achieving landmark case judgements. You will lead a team of Fee Earners and Assistants (developing their skills as well as helping them meet target expectations) as well as developing client relationships and increasing the profile of the department.

The suitable candidate will be at Associate or Senior Associate level having a proven track record in Contentious Trusts and Probate, possibly coming from more of a general Commercial Litigation background. The ability to supervise and mentor junior members of the team will be an advantage.
