Locum Legal Paralegal Opportunity
A large Private Practice firm based in Exeter is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join their busy Clinical Negligence team.
The successful candidate must have previous Clinical Negligence experience, dealt with high value claims and where relevant, attended court.
The day to day duties will include:
- Handling high value, litigated claims
- Writing letters to experts
- Issuing claims to court
- Researching medical matters
- Completing claims forms
- Writing court documents
- Attending court where relevant
This position will be for 6 months, with competitive rates of pay.
