An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Locum to join a Legal Practice in the North-West on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Dealing with all non-contentious construction matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and advising upon infrastructure and development agreements, collateral warranties, building and construction contracts

It is essential that the successful candidate is a Qualified Solicitor with a current Practicing Certificate
