An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior Real Estate lawyer to join the team of a highly regarded international law firm, to be based at their Manchester office. Salary upwards of £55k.

Our client is a leading international law firm who have a network of offices across the globe, predominantly providing legal services in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and tax. The firm's Real Estate practice is widely acknowledged as a market leading practice, who cover all facets of Commercial Property. Their client list is hugely impressive and includes some of the largest property companies and corporate occupiers in the UK and overseas.

Due to expansion they are looking to bring in a senior property lawyer to lead a team of associates in Manchester, delivering on a variety of Real Estate matters predominantly for a number of household name clients. The workstreams on offer to the team in Manchester are increasing all the team and they now need someone who can play a key part in driving the office forward in this next phase of growth.

They are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with at least 5PQE in Commercial Property, with your experience and training gained with a city, national or recognised regional law firm. You will have experience of supervision and management and be very comfortable handling key internal and external stakeholders. The client contact will be significant in this role, so your client care skills will be second to none.
