CORPORATE SOLICITOR - LONDON

This is an opportunity to join a market leading global law firm in London and to assist in the growth of the firms corporate presence.

You will have at least 6 years post qualified experience as a corporate solicitor, you must be technically excellent and have experience working at a leading law firm.

This role is suited to a Senior Associate/Legal Director who is ambitious and looking for the opportunity to handle complex corporate matters and to assist in client development.

The work is mainly M&A and joint ventures typically with a cross-border element. You will also be expected to deal with restructurings, financings, private equity and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues.

There is a broad sector focus, including energy/oil and gas, financial services, professional practices, life sciences, technology, media and telecoms.
