Corporate PSL

Fantastic new international Senior Corporate PSL role. This is a great opportunity to make a role your own and have an impact in a Professional Support capacity. To suit an experienced corporate lawyer / PSL with significant experience of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and some exposure to working with, or in, a common law jurisdiction.

THE ROLE

This is a brand new role to provide professional support across the EMEA region for this global firm and a great opportunity to make your mark. There will be an initial focus on training and standardisation and quality of precedents across the jurisdiction. Building relationships within the department, the regional group as well as with the central KM group is particularly important to facilitate the sharing of knowhow and expertise.

ABOUT YOU

You must have at least 6pqe of corporate law gained in a civil law jurisdiction with a leading international firm in the UK or EMEA. Some experience of working within or closely with a common law jurisdiction is highly desirable to be able to identify and uphold quality across the region and promote best practice globally. You should have a self starting approach and excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to an inclusive global KM culture.
