Project Finance PSL

THE ROLE

This role will involve working alongside fee-earners and other PSLs in the group and the wider firm to develop and advance know-how and to develop and deliver training. The role will include:

* Creating new, and updating existing, manuals and precedents and other documentation in the light of worldwide practice developments and legal changes
* Capturing, developing, sharing and disseminating knowledge
* Coordinating with overseas offices, and other practice areas with regard to know-how relevant to them
* Acting as 'in-house' counsel to fee-earners on technical legal issues and responding to general enquiries
* Preparation of weekly practice area newsletters and regular client publications
* Supporting the development and delivery of seminars for clients
* Contributing to the firm's training courses by giving presentations
* Developing legal training programmes for fee earners
* Writing/updating training materials

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have projects or project finance experience ideally gained at a major international firm. An energy focus would be beneficial. Strong technical legal skills and excellent organisational and project management skills are required.
