A Defendant RTA Litigator is required for an excellent opportunity with a specialist Defendant Insurance Practice in Manchester city centre. Salary depends on experience but will be to £38K.
The role involves running a pre and post litigated caseload RTA caseload which is a mix of values and complexities. Applications are invited from candidates with solid experience running a litigated Defendant caseload. The firm are happy to consider candidates who are qualified Solicitors or experienced Paralegals provided you are able to competently litigate matters to trial and are fully conversant with the claims procedure including the MOJ process.
Ideally you will be coming from another defendant team, however the firm will consider strong claimant litigators willing to make the transition to Defendant.
