Our client is a leading asset manager, seeking an acquisition/leveraged finance lawyer to join its stellar team.
You will have experience at a top UK or US law firm and ideally have experience in cross border leveraged finance transactions and/or high yield bond deals, but also be happy to broaden out and work on other investment structures.
Secondment experience to a fund or bank would be preferable but is not essential.
