Planning Solicitor Required for Legal 200, Top Tier Firm
Reading
Legal 200 firm based in central Reading who are in the top tiers for many of their specialisms are seeking a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding team.
You must be an experienced Planning Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year's PQE and have experience in the following aspects:
- Drafting s106 Agreements and infrastructure agreements
- Advising on planning, CIL, Affordable housing and highway issues
- Having a commercial awareness and an appreciation of Developer requirements
- Keeping up to date with changes in planning, environmental and highway law and preparing/delivering updates for both clients and the team internally
