This role will allow the successful applicant to work on a wide range of matters in the commercial field. The firm encourage high levels of client contact, and the opportunity to be involved in business development, although this is not targeted.

Description
The focus of this role is commercial contracts, drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal agreements, letters and other documentation including commercial and other contracts relating to:- the supply of goods and services
- consultancy
- general trading contracts
- contractors agreements
- collaborations nationally and internationally
As well as the above there will be the opportunity to work on IP and Data protection work.
Profile
You are likely to be 5+ years PQE with significant commercial contracts experience working with a range of clients, from owner managed through to larger groups.
Any exposure to IP matters and data protection will be an advantage, but not essential.
Any reference to PQE is a guide only, and any applicant who can demonstrate the required skills sets will be considered regardless of PQE.
