Top Cardiff outfit require a junior employment solicitor to focus on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters covering a good range of high profile public and private sector clients.

Our client are a leading national firm and the employment team one of the firms core sector focus areas. Clients include both national Welsh institutions in the public and private sector as well as national organisations.

Typical work will include advocacy and tribunals, contracts, HR issues, dismissals, TUPE, corporate advisory etc. and you will have the chance to develop your own specialism as you become more experienced.

The employment team in Cardiff have approximately 13 fee earners and cover a wide range of areas, with 3 Partners having a core employment specialism which junior lawyers will report to.

My client are looking for a passionate and engaged employment lawyer from NQ-4PQE from a high quality firm as well as excellent academics.
