PI Fee Earner

Would you like to join a national, specialist claimant law firm as a PI Fee Earner/Legal Assistant, handling your own caseload?

As PI Fee Earner, you will handle your own mixed caseload of EL/PL and RTA portal claims at the 'acquire evidence' stage, ensuring cases are in good order and obtaining necessary evidence (medical and specials). You will pass the case to a Stage 2 Executive or retaining cases in the 'acquire evidence' stage where it is not possible to value the claim (i.e. there is no prognosis) and to ensure that cases are investigated in further detail at the appropriate time.

You will have experience either as a PI Fee Earner or in a similar Personal Injury Legal Assistant position, with good knowledge of the MOJ Low Value Portal claims process. You will ideally be educated to LLB/GDL/LPC level.
