Our client is a successful practice who provides a wide range of legal services to businesses and individuals, from their network of offices across London and the South East. They are committed to providing a professional and personal service, which is both cost-effective and efficient. Experiencing a period of expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Property Services to be based in Haywards Heath, with responsibility for all property teams across the practice as a whole.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Solicitor, with department management experience. With the skills and expertise to drive a team of 12 lawyers and additional support staff forward, the successful Head of Property will oversee day to day management, alongside a stimulating caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.  
 
Furthermore, you will immerse yourself in business development, building and maintaining client and professional relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. 

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE
• Technically competent with solid experience in Residential and Commercial Property
• Previous Head of Department experience
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines
• Pro-active, professional and detail orientated
• Proven experience of running a property department, to include commercial and residential conveyancing

Starting Salary £70,000 + package + benefits.
