Dynamic, popular firm seeks to grow their commercial practice through the hire of a commercial lawyer at around 1 pqe.

The team advises on a range of commercial agreements including complex multi-party collaboration and licensing agreements, technology contracts, sponsorship, management, agency and distribution agreements. They boast a fabulous list of household name clients from range of sectors; retail, real estate, sports, technology and financial services.

This is a growing team and there is plenty of opportunity for new joiners. Suitable candidates will have experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (franchise agreements, licencing agreements, supply of services, sale of goods), experience in the leisure and gaming industry is desirable, but not essential as is data protection experience. In addition you must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for client care and development and the ability to manage clients in a diverse range of industries.
