Planning Lawyer

Our client, a busy Local Authority shared service is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their team for an initial three month assignment with strong possibility of extension.

The successful Planning Lawyer on the team,  will be required to carry a full and varied caseload from the outset, dealing with S.106 agreements, Regeneration Projects, Highways matters and CPO matters.

Our client is looking for a capable locum to the join their team on short notice. You will be required to work autonomously and without the need for supervision. Public sector experience is advantageous although not essential. Candidates from alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply if you possess the relevant experience. This role has arisen due to a peak in workload and therefore you must be able to hit the ground running.
