Banking - Managing Associate 4pqe+

Our client is a leading US firm seeking a Managing Associate to join their Finance team.

The right candidate will have a broad based finance/banking background, ideally including experience in acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance and real estate finance. You should have a strong academic background with excellent technical legal skills gained at a top UK or US firm. Experience in managing junior associates and/or trainees as well as delegating work would be advantageous.
