My client is looking for an experienced Legal Executive to run cases from beginning to end with minimal supervision. There will be regular discussions on case strategy with qualified lawyers but the legal executive will manage the day-to-day running of their cases. This will involve drafting letters of claim, particulars of claim anmd court forms.
The ideal candidate will also be confident in corresponding with clients and managing litigation through to completion.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal executive and have a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, excellent written and oral communication skills, drafting skills and be motivated and capable of working independently.
