My Newport based client provide a full service claims, transnational, commercial, risk and advisory capability. My Newport based firm work with clients in a select range of industry sectors and are market leaders in health, insurance and real estate.
Description
My Newport based client require a RTA claims handler to join their thriving Personal Injury department. The RTA claims handler will be required to negotiate claims for liability and damages on Pre Litigation cases within authority limits, pro-actively handle claims to ensure delivery of a focused claims service, achieve and exceed Client quality standards and Key Performance Indicator.
Profile
The ideal RTA claims handler will have strong academics and be IT literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Knowledge/previous experience of case management systems would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Experience of working in an insurance environment or bright graduates would be desirable.
