UK/US/Canada/Australia Qualified In House Legal Counsel – Energy Sector – Dubai

The legal function is held in deep respect and is viewed as business enablers and valuable advisers. You will be part of commercial negotiations and site visits; and will gain valuable exposure to big-ticket projects across the Middle East. This employer is not to be missed. You will report into a very professional manager who will be keen to develop you and is happy to give responsibility for projects.

They are seeking a Legal Counsel with experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and project documentation, particularly in the energy industries.

Requirements:

• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience working with power generation agreements (beneficial but not necessary)
• UK/US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand qualified solicitor with between 1 and 5 years PQE*
• Based in GCC or willing to relocate
• Spoken Arabic is beneficial but not necessary
