Our client, a well respected, local firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their thriving team in West Yorkshire.
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you will manage your own caseload from inception through to completion. You will be dealing with the residential team and working closely with the existing team. You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis so excellent communication skills are required as well as an excellent manner.
A solicitor with experience of leasehold matters involving Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership, Deeds of Variation and Postponement would have an advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to progress their career as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
