A Residential Property locum Lawyer is required to assist a high street firm in Sussex on a short-term basis in May.
The firm requires the assistance of a residential property locum to cover a short period of holiday leave in May.
Experience in handling a full residential property case load including acquisitions, disposals, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-builds and shared ownership is essential. Additional experience in handling a high volume caseload would be of benefit.
Successful candidates will have experience in handling their own residential caseload without supervision.
