Our client is a large regional firm with 50+ Solicitors operating predominately in the Greater London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area. They have built a strong reputation and are known for providing a quality, client focused service. The firm are currently recruiting a commercial property solicitor with circa 2-4 years PQE to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for and ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a leading firm in the Luton area.
The commercial property team operate across a diverse range of work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for a variety of clients. As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will work with a variety of expert partners and senior lawyers on complex matters. As such the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate technical experience in a variety of commercial property matters. This role suits an ambitious individual who is looking to join a reputable firm with a strong team culture and excellent career prospects.
This is a client facing role so it is important that you are an excellent communicator, capable of working with and developing long-term client relationships whilst supporting the wider team.
