We require a Paralegal with private practice experience and excellent inter personal skills to take up a permanent opportunity with our client, within the housing management space.
Our client manages properties on a wide scale and you'll have the chance to interact and work with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will be to mainly assist on some property projects and finalise leases for the Housing Management team, you'll also be involved with the contract management work, such as arranging for sign off on work and projects.
Part of the role will also include undertaking dispute work, debt recovery and litigation work too, so experience within these areas is a necessity.
