Private Client Fee-Earner
Chichester
Up to £55,000 depending upon experience
Browns Legal Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner on behalf of our client, a long established, well regarded firm of Solicitors based in Chichester.
For this role you should be either a Solicitor or FILEX and ideally STEP Qualified (although that is not essential) and be circa 2-4 PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).
You will be handling your own caseload comprising Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection, supervising secretarial support, building and maintaining relationships with clients and external organisations, working to set billing targets etc.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of developing new business and marketing and promoting departmental services.
