A Birmingham based law firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join its team

A long established private practice based outside of Birmingham city centre.

Description

This is an opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to join a small team in a large high street law firm, working closely alongside the Partner on a range of contentious matters for both private individuals and businesses.

The firm is long established in the Midlands market and is full service from Company/Commercial through to Private Client.

The Litigation team is small, so you will have the chance to make an impact and work on your own files, alongside the Litigation Partner. So if you are looking for a firm where you can actually make a difference and be noticed by other senior lawyers, then this firm can offer you that.

Typically the team advises on anything contentious - contractual disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, IP, some contentious probate and more. You will have direct client contact and run your own files with supervision (if required).

Profile

It's likely that you'll have at least 2y PQE in civil/commercial litigation and will be confident running with a matter, with supervision if required.
